Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California in the 9th of July 1983. Her first job after school was working as an estate agent. This is how she met her partner, Tarek El Moussa. The couple had a great time until the 2008 crisis in the stock market, during which many real estate investors and house flippers collapsed. In the aftermath of the market crash, Tarek and Christina El Moussa almost lost everything. Their apartment was $700 per week, which was a far cry from the $16,000 they had to pay monthly for their house. The business grew slowly and the overall economy recovered. HGTV as well as Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted one of his friends to aid in making an HGTV video audition in 2011. The video showed Tarek flipping a complete house with Christina. The tape was at the feet of executive of a production firm called Pie Town Productions. They instantly fell in love with Christina and Tarek's love story. The agreement was signed by the couple with HGTV. The series "Flip of Flop" was launched on the 13th of April, 2013. The series aired 92 episodes between 2013 until 2017. Christina and Tarek bought houses located in Orange County that were usually mid-income homes. Then they spent a few weeks renovating the house so they could turn the house into a profitable business. Tarek's main focus is demolition and renovating, while Christina prefers design.
